At FitReelix Supplements, we take the protection of your personal data very seriously. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your data while you use our app to optimise your supplementation and health.

To provide you with the best possible experience, we process the following data categories:

• Account Data: When you sign in (e.g., via Google Sign-In), we store your ID and email address for authentication.
• Health Data: We store your entered body metrics (weight, height, skin type), lab reports, and mood entries locally on your device and synchronize them securely with our cloud database if you use Premium features.
• Supplement Data: Your plans, inventory, and intake history.

FitReelix Supplements optionally integrates with Health Connect to import or export data such as weight, steps, and burned calories.

The use of information received from Health Connect adheres to the Health Connect Permissions Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We do not share your Health Connect data with advertising networks, data brokers, or other third parties. The data is used exclusively to calculate your individual nutrient needs within the app.

Some features (e.g., the AI Coach, Blood Analysis, or Supplement Scan) require data processing in the cloud.

• Image Analysis: When you scan a photo of a supplement or a lab report, this image is briefly sent to our secure cloud functions, analysed, and the result is returned. The image is not stored permanently.
• Text Analysis: Chat messages to the AI Coach are processed to generate contextual responses.

• Camera: Only required to scan barcodes or take photos of products/lab reports for analysis.
• Notifications: Used to remind you of your intakes or warn you about low stock.

Your data is primarily stored locally on your device in an encrypted database. For cloud functions, we use an internally operated Supabase instance (server location Germany, hosting provider Strato), which offers state-of-the-art security standards. Transmission is always encrypted (HTTPS/TLS).

You have the right to view your data or completely delete your account at any time. You can do this directly in the app settings under "Manage Account". Upon deletion, all your data stored in the cloud will be irrevocably removed.

When you use our contact form, we process your name, email address, the selected inquiry type, and your message in order to respond to your request. Delivery is handled via our email service provider, Resend. The data is used exclusively to process your inquiry and is not used for marketing purposes.
